Hey! 👋I’m Leah Panigada-Carey

I’ve been a 2D animator for 13+ years now and have worked professionally on many animated TV shows and games. When I moved to Swindon a few years ago, I realised that there were no dedicated spaces, groups or studios for animation.That is why I’ve created Swindon Animation!

Through Artsite, I have a studio space that I would like to open up to animation-curious locals who would like to try their hand at making their own animated stories.I currently have the capability to teach Stop motion, 2D digital, Multi-Media and paper cut-out animation. It is important that people get the chance to experiment with animation and bring their creations to life. Animation should be accessible for everyone to try out!

Easter Animation Workshop

Lets get creative this Easter by creating some Easter bunny, chocolate egg and spring inspired animations!Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. I’ll be running an Easter animation workshop where children from ages 6-16 can come in and create their own Easter inspired animations!Location :

£20 per child for a 2 hour creative session 🐣Availability:
There are 4 available workspaces in the SwindonAnimation Studio so workshops will be limited to 4 children at a time. I recommend booking soon to avoid dissapointment!
We’ll all be sitting around a large table working together to make some awesome animations! Parents are welcome to chill in the space or head into town while I work with the kids.This workshops will include:
-Colouring in your easter bunny paper puppet
-Using craft scissors, colouring pencils, pens and glue to cut out their work.
-Making a short story board
-Stop-Motion setups to animate your easter bunny!
-Your animations will be emailed to you on the day so you can share your amazing work with friends and family and wish them a happy easter!More information:
-Unfortunately we cannot currently cater to those in wheel chairs as the SwindonAnimation Studio is downstairs.
-All materials will be provided on the day.
